The coin in the pictures is the exact coin you will receive. It has been holed at some point and has corroded/pitted surfaces on both sides. It is significantly bent near the hole and has a few scratches/marks. Even though the scratch impairs the last digit of the date, the large lettering on the reverse eliminates 1840-1842 from being possible years, and the shape of the digits perfectly match the small date 1846 variety.
