Description: This is a beautiful green antique Riverside Rose miniature kerosene lamp made in the 1890s at the Riverside Glass Works of Wellsburg, West Virginia...an example of this cute little lamp is pictured in the Smith - Miniature Lamps I Book on page 76 Fig. 114. It has embossed roses on front and back of the 10 sided font....8 sided base and stem....pretty green color is the actual color of the glass; not stained or flashed.....5 1/4"tall to the brass collar...9 3/8"tall with burner & chimney....Excellent shiny nice condition with no chips or damage. A nice clean lamp. Original brass threaded collar is real nice with no splits or damage. Also has what is likely the original Nutmeg style brass burner that has P&A MFG CO embossed on the round wick wheel. Good working condition. Glass chimney is also perfect with no chips or damage.
