1998 HPI 1/10 RS4 PRO 2 4WD Race Car 200mm SKYLINE super clean.

Description: Late 90's were dominated by hpi rs4 pro and pro2 cars. This car was turned from a racer to parking lot killer full of very hard to find bits. Hasn't been run since rebuild. The lower chassis has some scratches from use. It's life started out as a Japanese release pro 2 with stick pack chassis. It was retired and spent many years in a box until I found all the blue aluminum bits. Took years and a ton of money to find it all. We changed pretty much everything on it before it found its way into the shops glass display cases. Car has had its ball diffs replaced with aluminum gears, diffs were pulled apart and cleaned, greased before listing. They are set kinda light so may need to be adjusted depending on motor you install. No locktite was used to rebuild this car. If you are going to run her hard you'll need to use it on the stainless screws into aluminum so they don't fall out. We did not crank down the screws. After all it was just one of our 50+ shop display cars. Until now!! The top shaft has also had it's gears replaced with aluminum gears. Front and rear aluminum bulkheads Aluminum middle brace Carbon fiber lipo battery holders. THE BATTERY IN THE PHOTOS IS NOT INCLUDED. I do not know the regulations involved in shipping a lipo battery. Just shown to show how well they fit. They use straps(included) to hold in the battery very securely to lower chassis, doesn't allow the battery to bounce around like the stock stick pack holders for better control. Shocks are very nice, threaded by way of trinity. Motor plate and side belt plate are carbon fiber. Ball bearing steering rack and ball bearing front c hubs. Team associated blue titanium turnbuckles with traxxas captured ball cups. Rear shock tower is from a super nitro rs4. Front and rear arms are off a rs4 nitro racer.so are the bones. 80%+ of the parts used to rebuild this racer are brand new installed but not run. Car is super clean. Was rebuilt to be a shelf queen in our shop. It is used lightly, not abused before rebuild. The car has completely been tore down, cleaned and diffs gone through. It's a roller as shown with included steering servo. You will receive it exactly as shown in pics exept the battery, battery not included. Ask as many questions you need. The body is a newly painted 200mm GTR. This car has been convered to 200mm wide for stability and uses 200mm Bodies. Tires are newer spec grips that are wonderful on parking lot surfaces. Wheels are hpi chrome +1 mesh. Wheels and tires are not glued. They are new. I ship m-f daily, post is closed on the weekends. I don't make anything off shipping.
