Shipping will go out with one day handling from Monday to Friday when purchased before 4:30pm EST daily, and Saturday until 1:30pm EST. Clothing and packaging may be folded or cut/shaped when shipped and may be wrinkled due to storage and shipping and to fit into shipping packaging. RETURNSKnow before you buy. DAMAGED MERCHANDISEIf you find the package is delivered broken / damaged you can (not later than in 1-2 business days) return it to the local USPS post office and refuse it (if it was not opened and the shipping label is not damaged), the package will be returned to us for free, then contact us promptly. If you have opened the package and there is a defect of any kind to the item, please alert us within 72 hours with pictures, so we are able to take action to remedy the problem.
