Description: Dress is brand new and has never been worn. Dress was too big and couldn't be worn. Please read the size chart carefully. The dress is considered size "small" but it is a large dress in reality. The waist measures about 18 inches across when lying flat. From armpit to armpit, it is approximately 20 inches across. From the top of the shoulders to the front of the bottom of the dress is approximately 39 inches and to the back bottom is about 43 inches. Feel free to message me with any questions or requests for additional measurements. There is also an additional black bow included (see picture). One thing to note, on the red ropes that hang off the left arm, there is a small snag in the material (see picture). There may be some small frays or loose threads throughout due to the material.
