Description: From a local Rye New York estate, we offer you this antique 19th C Hand Colored Lithograph by Daniel Ridgway Knight (American, 1839-1924). Title of the work is "A Word of Advice", featured are mother and daughter walking in the nature. Lithograph was done by Charles Schlect, and below the image it has a pencil signature by both - "Ridgway Knight"bottom left, and "Charles Schleht" in right corner. Overall condition of artwork is good, antique carved frame has heavy wear, paper slightly yellowing (please see photos). Size is 42.5" tall and 36.5" overall in the frame, while the paper portion is 29" x 22.5". Phenomenal piece of Americana !
