Description: This lot of real earth mined diamonds originated from the Argyle Mine in Australia. I purchased them in a parcel while attending a wholesale International Gem and Jewelry Show in New York back in 2006. It took me several years to cut all the rough in the parcel, and now I’m selling the finished faceted diamonds in smaller parcels such as this one. I personally precision faceted these diamonds into assorted cuts including round brilliant, baguette, princess, marquise, tapered baguette, and more. They are all perfectly proportioned and have ideal cut grades. All of the diamonds in this lot have excellent colorless G-J color and range in clarity from VS-1 to VS-2. Every diamond in the lot is totally eye clean. Each diamond measures between 1 and 4 MM and the lot has a combined weight of 2.88 carats. You will get the exact 30 diamonds in the picture. * The diamonds in this lot were clarity enhanced while still in their rough state using a safe, stable, and permanent method known as glass filling. This method replaces and fills clarity characteristics that would otherwise lower the diamonds clarity grade. This treatment is considered common and an industry standard for enhanced diamonds. Special care should be used regarding high heat with enhanced diamonds. Some tests used for testing untreated diamonds can be insufficient for testing enhanced diamonds.
