When that happens it takes longer to cast and I end up going above my 7 day delivery time. If I put 7 days delivery time and the item takes even one day longer, Ebay drops my seller performance and charges ME 25% fee. In order to not be charged the added fees and ship within my listed delivery time, I have to list items with 20 days delivery time just in case ONE ring ends up requiring a new design or other options by the buyer. Please know that I have to put 20 days to protect my LOW prices and not be penalized the 25% because of this issue with the listed shipping time. If one ring is late because it needs to be changed or customized, Ebay charges ALL my sales the 25%. If nothing needs to be customized it will ship well before 20 days.
