The 41547 was originally produced sometime during the 1970s, and is not accompanied by box or papers. The Protocol features a yellow gold case with a rare facotry hobnail Clous de Paris textured finish, and is mounted on its original black crocodile strap that is secured by its original solid 18 karat yellow gold Piaget tang buckle. The Piaget features a yellow gold Clous de Paris finished dial with polished yellow gold hands. The 41547 uses a manual wind movement, which is running well and winds smoothly. Condition: The case has been preserved well with the hobnail finish remaining crisp and well defined, and has started to acquire a warm rose colored oxidation on its gold components. The Alligator strap is free of any noticeable signs of wear, and has the majority of its use life left. Overall the Protocol is in excellent vintage condition with the only imperfection being some faint surface level hairline scratches, which are consistent with light previous wear.
