Prior to that, Jerry served as Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Associate Pastor of Education/Administration in four other churches since 1982. Before entering full-time ministry, Becky taught high school and then served as Youth Minister. Jerry was in the midst of a successful career as President of a corporation coming up through the ranks of Industrial Relations in three Fortune 500 companies. They have two grown children in vocational ministry and seven grandchildren.
