Description: Lovely soleil-yellow dinner plate with divided compartments for side dishes, entree and two small wells that are sometimes thought of as salt wells or may be for olives (or olive pits). The color is a dark yellow, just hard to capture with my camera. The true color is pic #4.This plate measures approx 11" round and has the Breton country man. There are blue and mustard stripes around the border and lovely dotted Breton blue lines defining each compartment.Back is signed as shown with the HB Quimper mark used since 1904, has the HB initial. I think they are from the 1930s.Even with the minor signs of age, this is a hard to find piece and will be a great addition to your collection. Thanks for looking. Shipping will be a flat fee of $10.00
