Description: Aglaonema pictum tricolor, commonly known as the camo plant, or Chinese evergreen, is a stunning houseplant known for its striking foliage. This plant is currently rooted and is growing in Leca, but will be sent in a 4 inch pot in sphagnum moss. 1. **Light**: This plant thrives in low to medium indirect light. Too much direct sunlight can scorch the leaves, while too little light can hinder growth. 2. **Water**: Allow the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so it's better to underwater than overwater. During the growing season, you may need to water more frequently. 3. **Humidity**: Aglaonema prefers average humidity and mine thrives at 40-50% 4. **Temperature**: It thrives in temperatures between 65°F and 80°F (18°C to 27°C). Protect it from cold drafts and sudden temperature changes. 5. **Soil**: Use a well-draining potting mix. A mix designed for tropical plants or a combination of potting soil, perlite, and peat moss works well.
