Description: Offered here is an Ultra RARE Vintage Apple IIc computer proto-type that was sent out initially for localization testing. Extremely rare white glossy finish plastic case. A handful of these were built before the injection molding of the case were even complete! Therefore it has no listed serial # or logo insert. Because the case is also prototype, it does not have the finished fit that the production models have. Notice also a green power on switch. The computer is complete with a 5 1/4 drive and an original prototype power supply. The end of the power supply does show some damage but all pins are present. It has been years since this computer was powered on and due to the nature and collect-ability of the piece, I think it should be inspected by an expert before power up is attempted to avoid possible damage. Perhaps a one in a life time offer. Few collections have pieces of the category and rarity. A proud addition to any Apple or computer collection.
