Front cover has spine ticks, blunted corners, stress marks (creasing/tears/wear along spine- including tear/chip on spine), staple rust, partial bindery tear (top half of top staple - doesn't go all the way thru to back cover), areas of creasing and folding, some color fade, scuffing, spine roll/reading crease, staining/white scuffing, some scratches/denting spots (visible under light/certain angles) and what appears to be water damage - surface of covers/inside pages are not flat, but appear and feel "wavy". Back cover has scuffing, some staining spots, areas of creasing, light folding, water damage issue and wear around edges.
