Description: Up for action is a vintage Borg electric car clock. It was oiled and the contacts burnished and ran for two days on 6VDC without stopping. No major cleaning was done. It has a very faint inked date stamp (Jul 48) of July 1948 on it. I believe it’s for a Mercury car? This is a 76 year old mechanical device, things can go wrong.
