I see no holes, stains, snags or serious signs or wear or repair. I think you will be quite pleased with it. There is no size or fabric content label. The skirt is lined with what feels like an acetate fabric. The fabric for the skirt itself feels like a nice, quality thick polyester of some sort. Sizing: The skirt has a small true waist of about 24 inches. As you can see in the photos, the waist it a true waist and goes up high on many mannequin. Please carefully compare my measurements and how I took them and compare them to a skirt that you own and like the fit of not your body. Sizing is tricky with vintage items. Thru out the years sizing has changed considerably, so please never go by the size label on a garment to determine if an item will fit you. Taking proper measurements is the key.
