Description: This ornament is RARE! I’ve held onto this piece (it is one of two) for over 25 years, trying to find others to replicate an Easter Island scene in an aquarium. No luck, I give up and it is included in the downsizing of my collections. Made in Japan in the late 1960’s by Zenith for the Hanaki series. The color is a rich brown wash. Marked on the back, “TIKI 1967 BY ZENITH NY HANAKI T.M A46 JAPAN”. In excellent condition, it does not appear to have been used. I purchased this from a collector not retail so I cannot attest to NOS.
