The last day to make this reservation is October 23th. With your payment send in a note: 1. A valid email address, where the person checking in will receive the confirmation for the reservation from Wyndham. 3. A phone number where the guest can be contacted by the resort personal prior to checking to make the process smoother. The reservation will be placed in that name and a reservation confirmation also known as "Guest Confirmation Certificate" will be emailed with in one day. This confirmation letter that we email within 1 business days, is all you need for check-in purposes. Guest Certificate is NOT sent out in the UPS or USPS by mail. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox, before contacting us. The reservation can only be in one person's name. Once the name has been assigned, it cannot be changed without an additional fee of $100. Any name change request must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date.
